The Ghaziabad Police on Saturday night arrested a 35-year-old man, Vijay Pal Singh, for abducting minors and using them to satisfy his sexual urges. The police also rescued three children aged between 7 and 9 from Singhs hideout, reports Peeyush Khandelwal. read more »
